Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Description: Small Riverside manufacturer is seeking an experienced engineering manager to manage and guide research and development efforts, oversee product testing to ensure compliance with industry standards, provide leadership to a team of engineers, coordinate projects, partnering with other teams to ensure new products are are aligned with business needs, drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and other related duties as assigned.
Position Requires: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, chemical, industrial or related) preferred. Candidates should have 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 being in a managerial role and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principals. Must have proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools. Must be detailed-oriented, have excellent communication skills in all areas, be able multi-task and prioritize. Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills required.

Salary: $110k-165k DOE
