Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-To-Hire
Description: Riverside company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team. Position will be responsible for the lifecycle recruiting process to include, but not be limited to: sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, assess resumes, conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, coordinate interviews for hiring managers, facilitate employment offers and negotiations, prepare and facilitate new hire onboarding. Additionally, position is responsible for various administrative tasks to include benefit enrollment, maintenance of interview and hiring records, placing department supply orders, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Position Requires: Minimum 1-2 years recent experience working in recruitment utilizing applicant tracking systems, and Boolean search function. Proficiency with MS Office, excellent communication and time management skills. Property management experience preferred.
