Description:  Bloomington company is seeking an experienced receptionist to join their team! Position will be responsible for answering phones and route calls to appropriate party. Greet office visitors, ensure they are badged and connected with the appropriate associate. Basic customer service, assisting with all aspects of order processing and troubleshooting. Scanning and maintaining of electronic files. Keep reception area neat and tidy. Run reports for distribution to various departments within the company.

Position Requires: 1-2 years of customer interaction (customer service, receptionist, retail), intermediate Excel knowledge a plus, knowledge of MS Office and computer proficiency, HS Graduate. AA Degree or Degree in progress preferred.
