MISC Positions

Special Events Coordinator #102-7454

Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire

Description: This position will be responsible for providing a quality experience for more than 200 events per year by providing a full range of event planning, management and administrative support to include: arranging all event details with venue and outside vendors (room layout, food and beverage, audio-visual equipment, decor), promote and market events, prepare event budget, ensure adequate staffing for events, attend events, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, recruit volunteers, write articles for website and company newspaper/e-newsletter, perform other duties as requested.

Position Requires: Excellent oral and written communication/customer service skills. Bilingual is a plus. Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and graphics/desktop publishing applications, social media networks, and audio/visual equipment. Ability to operate in a fast-paced department, and within a team or independent as needed. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, self-starter with a professional demeanor. Previous event planning experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience in a professional environment.

Operations Manager #101-7455

Position Type: Full-time, Temp-To-Hire

Description: This position is responsible for the overall operations including purchasing, inventory control, and logistics management, monitor inventory levels and product movement for turnover rate and budget control, oversee the arrangement and cost of logistics.

Position Requires: Bachelor’s degree is required, minimum 2 years experience in operation management, problem solving and analytical skills required, bilingual in Chinese mandarin, proficient in MS Excel.

Sales Assistant #101-7454

Position Type: Full-time, Temp-To-Hire

Description: This position will coordinate with factories in China, provide technical product support to customers and Vice President.

Position Requires: BA/AA degree in business related – Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, the ability to work well with outside clients and vendors, domestic traveling required, bilingual in Chinese mandarin is required.

Residential Property Management Assistant #102-7453

Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire

Description: This position will be responsible for the management of 60+ single family, multi-family residential housing. Duties will include: answer phones, draft correspondence, contract and service agreement preparation, obtain bids/estimates for repair and maintenance, create lease files, ordering office supplies, maintain office equipment, conduct home inspections, property showings, other duties as assigned.

Position Requires: BRE license in the State of California, 1 year property management experience, HOA experience is a plus. Ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality and build relationships. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel. Accounting knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Sales Representative #102-7452

Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire

Description: This position will generates revenue by selling products and membership to prospective businesses through communicating the benefits and services of the company. The representative provides detailed information on various programs and orients the potential client to the various products available.

Position Requires: Sales experience required. Excellent customer service skills. Capability to meet and present membership details to potential members in the field. Self-starter with a professional demeanor and presentation of self with an outgoing personality. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player. Ability to work in a fast paced office environment. Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
