Marketing Director #102-5535

Position Type: Full -Time, Direct-Hire
Description: The Marketing Director will be responsible for the organization’s marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. Develop and implement different brand strategies. Develop marketing strategies for our new and existing large automobiles. Oversee implementation of the company’s marketing strategy which includes tradeshows, events, digital marketing, etc. Work closely with our salesmen to assist them with their marketing objectives by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations. Manage all social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. Monitor costs and budgets. Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organization. Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training workloads, schedules and deadlines. Other duties as assigned.
Position Requires: Bachelors or Master’s degree preferred, plus 6 or more recent years as a Marketing Director. Must be a confident, driven and dynamic leader. Must be able to spot original branding opportunities. Must be able to transition among several projects at a time. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments and clients. Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and design. Preferred experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, Dreamweaver, WordPress or Magento. PR experience is a plus.

Commercial Lines Account Manager #102-7457

Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire
Description: The Commercial Lines Account Manager performs the essential functions of the position, which includes aiding the Sales Executive/ Account Executive, as well as, clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. This position requires specific service and marketing responsibilities, including, but not limited to service and sales delivery standards, and perform essential duties while upholding the quality and service standards developed by this agency. Provide technical support to Sales Executive/Account Executive specifically in analyzing client needs. Occasionally accompanies Sales Executive/Account Executive on prospect and client meetings. Completes applications in coordination with Sales Executive/Account Executive, submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers; follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations on new and renewal business and according to agency procedures. Orders and issues binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items, verifies their accuracy, forwards them to client with appropriate correspondence. Determines if direct or agency billing is appropriate and invoices accordingly. Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals. Reviews audits of policies, verifies accuracy and facilities corrections, as needed, between client and carrier. Process incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately within company guidelines. Uses agency credit and collection policy in invoicing and pursuing prompt payments. Determines reasons for requests for cancellations, acts to save accounts and notifies Sales Executive/Account Executive. Processes and following up on cancellations requests to carriers to ensure accurate and timely resolution; maintains agency in financial equity whenever possible. Assist clients in submitting first claims, facilitates prompt response from carrier staff and follows up on claims status, according to agency procedures. Identifies exposure to loss and recommends appropriate coverages in coordination with Sales Executive/Account Executive. Online rating of quotes. Order loss runs and keeps the loss run card updated. Maintain accurate and current detailed information in the Applied EPIC system.
Position Requires: 2+ years experience in similar position, college education with a minimum of 3 years insurance experience or a minimum of 5 years insurance experience, must hold a valid Property Casualty Broker-Agent license, ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately, knowledge of insurance products and usages, knowledge of insurance markets and reference to markets, ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.

Accountant/Executive Assistant #101-5534

Position Type: Full -Time, Direct-Hire
Description: This position will manage personal finances utilizing QuickBooks (online) for the owner of a company, as well as bookkeeping for multiple smaller entities. The ideal candidate will be flexible to act as a Personal/Executive Assistant which will include (but not be limited to) personal errands and tasks for the owner.
Position Requires: Ideal candidate will be flexible to accept responsibilities outside of a formal job description (i.e. picking up dry cleaning or prescriptions), possess a positive, professional and flexible attitude, be available to work overtime and occasional weekends, capable of receiving constructive criticism and making “course corrections” as needed, proficient with MS Office, QuickBooks (online version).
