Description: Riverside company seeking experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing department. Duties to include staff selection, training, developing strategic goals, conduct market research, employee analytic techniques to gather data, update spreadsheets, databases and inventories, organize events and other marketing campaigns, prepare and deliver presentations.
Position Requires: Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience), 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, comfort with change, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365 and Google Analytics. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required.
