1. Is there a cost to interview your applicants?

Although there is a fee to hire a candidate presented by Riverside Personnel, there is never a fee to interview.

2. How many hours does an employee need to complete before he/she is eligible for conversion?

Riverside Personnel employees are eligible for conversion upon completion of 560 hours.

3. Once an employee has completed the 560 hour contract, is there a buyout fee?

No, once the employee has completed 560 hours, all fees have been paid.
