Position Type: Full-Time Temp-To-Hire
Description: Position duties will include quarterly billing, collect and reconcile accounts receivable. Collect documentation to support check requests and credit card statements to ensure budget and contract requirements are met. Ensure program agreements are being met and resolve any inconsistencies. Assist with gathering data needed for budgets. Collect and analyze program data. Collect and analyze data for programs and prepare analysis and reporting documents for review. Review and maintain monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditures. Coordinate program audits and submit information to funding sources. Prepare and submit budget modifications as needed. Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requires: Non-profit experience specifically with AR and billing, knowledge of county contracts highly desired.
