Description: Redlands company is seeking an Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join their team. Duties will include bid coordination, maintenance of project documents and folders, project billing, obtaining insurance quotes, tracking OCIP enrollments, and other duties as assigned.
Position Requires: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years relevant experience, construction industry preferred, and thrive in a small office environment with varied responsibility. MS Office and QuickBooks knowledge required.
