Position Type: Full Time, Temp-to-hire
Description: This position requires the individual to provide high-level administrative support to company President. Duties will include complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and preparing correspondence and travel arrangements. Ideal candidate will also possess skills in office management and human resources.
Position Requires: An individual who has previous experience working in an executive administrative position for at least 2 years. Recent experience in human resources also required (benefit administration, hiring, employee file maintenance, etc…) Must be proficient in MS office.
