Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Description:  Inland Empire non-profit company looking for an individual who help determine eligibility, enrollment, certification, and authorizations of families for childcare services.  Other duties in this position are closely related to monitoring all open family files, including collecting child attendance, handling changes and updates, and resolving all routine and non-routing issues.

Position Requires: Associates degree preferred.  Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment and customer service experience.  Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, accuracy, and problem-solving skills required.  Prior experience with childcare or social support services preferred.
