Description: San Bernardino company looking for a professional receptionist to handle phones calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, managing mail, monitoring log-ins and visitor badges, maintain calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, assist with service orders, and other duties as assigned.
Position Requires: 3+ years of prior receptionist experience and high school diploma required. Must have good organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively, and strong ability to multi-task. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
