Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Description: This position will be responsible for providing customer service to existing accounts. Some tasks include, maintaining detailed information in the EPIC system, reviewing audits and policies, Issue certificates and evidence of insurance, assist with filing claims, provide invoice and premium finance options, as well as provide proposals to clients for new and renewed accounts. Other related duties as assigned.
Position Requires: 3 years of prior account assistance preferred. Must be a licensed Property and Casualty Broker/Agent. Possess technical skills on insurance coverage and markets. Ability to multitask in a complex working environment with accuracy and proficiency. High school diploma required.
