Process Engineer-Customer Service Representative #37218

Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Description: Answer incoming sales calls and emails, handle walk-in customer sales and service needs, respond to inquiries, answer questions, and educate customers about product and accessories. Will also be processing orders using the company proprietary software system.  May also be asked to participate in local trade shows and events.
Position Requires: 2-3 years of experience selling products or handling customer service needs.  Strong knowledge of Windows based computer software programs, such as Microsoft office.  Strong communication skills and etiquette, in person and over the phone. Must be able to type 35 wpm. Excellent prioritization skills, open minded, practical, results oriented, and positive attitude key.
