Description: Large international company looking for an individual with HR experience to help assist with daily tasks and assignments. Duties include, assist with the recruiting of qualified candidates, assist with onboarding of new employee and new hire orientation, and prepare and maintain reports. Other tasks, as needed, is supporting the HR department.
Position Requires: Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources. The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Excellent verbal communication with a strong phone presentation. Excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
