Sales Order Coordinator/Customer Service #37302

Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Description:  Local Riverside company looking for someone to help manage sales orders and customer service.  Duties include but are not limited to; Entering order data into SAP, preparing work orders, arranging for shipping, staying in communication with customer through the order process, working closely with Planning Department and Quality Assurance, and assuring all products are ready to ship and quality approved.

Position Requires: An individual with prior experience using SAP, handling work orders and working in customer service.  Strong communication and follow through required.  Able to communicate effectively with internal departments.  High school degree required, college degree preferred.
