Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-To-Hire
Description: Riverside company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to join their team. Position will be responsible for processing customer transactions and quotes in person, on the phone and/or via email, assist with special projects, inventory, stocking products on shelves, general upkeep of the work environment, and other duties as assigned. Work shift is either 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Position Requires: A minimum of one year customer service experience preferred, good oral communication skills and professional phone etiquette, ability to work well with others, computer literate and basic math aptitude, ability to make change for cash transactions, ability to lift and carry 20 pounds, climb stairs and ladders. High School diploma or equivalent required, fluent in English/Spanish.
