Description: Corona company is seeking an Construction Administrative Assistant to join their team. Position will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, reporting, tracking project progress, data entry, filing, scanning, verify timesheet coding, other duties as assigned.

Position Requires: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years in a construction environment (preferred), MS Office proficient, strong organizational skills and communication abilities, intermediate to advance MS Excel skills to include pivot tables/formulas.
