Description: Riverside company is seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment including the forecasting of staffing needs, managing online job postings, screening, vetting, and onboarding candidates, as well as other duties as assigned to ensure company staffing goals are met. This position will also oversee a small team of administrative assistants who work in support of various departments.
Position Requires: A minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in recruiting, ability to travel up to 25% for onboarding purposes, self-starter attitude, professional demeanor, bilingual English/Spanish.
