Susan (Sue) Mitchell
Co-Founder, CEO,
CPC1,
started RIVERSIDE PERSONNEL SERVICES, INC (RPS)
in 1978 with Zee Beard. Sue grew
up in Ohio and spent three years at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio,
pursuing a degree in Education. Her move to California in 1975
re-kindled her entrepreneurial spirit - resulting in Riverside
Personnel. In 1988, Sue received her degree in Business
Administration from the University of Redlands. Sue is responsible
for the long-range planning and the marketing at RPS. Sue has
served on many boards over the past 30 years,
but her current passion is consulting for non-profit organizations to
help them become more effective fundraisers. During her spare time Sue
enjoys reading, foreign and Indie films,
kayaking, collecting art and rocks and printmaking.
Sue
is seriously pursuing her long time desire to be an artist. She is
actively taking printmaking and mixed media classes
at UCR and RCC and showing/selling
her work at the Riverside Art Museum and RCAA’s gallery (see
feature article).

Zelma (Zee) Beard
Co-Founder, CFO, CPC1, began
RIVERSIDE PERSONNEL SERVICES, INC (RPS)
in 1978 with Sue Mitchell. Zee is a native Texan who graduated with a
degree in Business Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont,
Texas. Even though Zee has lived in California for over 30 years, her
car still sports the license plate "NTVTXN." Zee’s way with humor is
aided by her Southern upbringing; with her accent and Texisms, she can
tease with the best of them. Zee is responsible for the financial side
of the business. Zee's passions include golf, animals and fitness.
Currently, she is a part-time fitness trainer.
Zee feels it is very rewarding helping men and women with their personal
fitness goals. Since becoming a Certified
Personal
Trainer in January 2010, many friends have become clients and many
clients become
friends.

Kathleen (Kathy) Hartman
COO, CPC1, has
been with Riverside Personnel since 1982. Kathy oversees the daily
operations of the temp, temp to hire and regular placement divisions.
Kathy holds a degree in Business Administration and Political Science
from Loyola Marymount University. She is active in a number of
professional organizations where she has served as President for most.

Spending time with Frank, her husband, is very important and a great
deal of their focus is involvement with their children and
grandchildren’s school and sporting activities. Kathy’s focus has been
on giving back to the great community we all live in and in her spare
time, she enjoys traveling and gardening. Kathy considers herself to be
a very lucky person so she is not afraid to try her luck at a casino now
and then.

Cheryl Monroe
CSP2, Senior
Staffing Supervisor,
started
with Riverside Personnel in April 2001. Cheryl's previous experience
with a large regional staffing service makes her appreciate RPS's
commitment to personal attention and excellent service. Cheryl's
favorite aspect of working at RPS is the teamwork. Making sure that
both the applicant's and company's needs are met is one of Cheryl's
passions. Outside work, Cheryl enjoys attending concerts, traveling,
spending time with her family, cooking, baking and grilling. |

Catina Mount
CSP2, Senior
Staffing Supervisor, joined RPS in 2003 after working as a District
Manager in the retail industry for eight years. For Catina, placing
employees is a joy because she is improving the lives of employees and
employers. In her spare time, you can find Catina volunteering for the
Carolyn E. Wylie Center,
supporting her son in his latest sports adventure or enjoying the latest horror film to hit the theater…..no chick-flicks
for her! Our clients and applicants enjoy Catina’s can-do attitude so at
RPS we fondly refer to her as our “Office Cheerleader”! |
